Huvepharma nv is a global pharmaceutical company specialised in development, production, and distribution of veterinary medicines and feed additives. The Regulatory Assistant will assist the Regulatory Director in all administrative and regulatory aspects of obtaining and maintaining approvals to market Huvepharma products.
Qualifications:
- Educated to at least BSc level.
- Some regulatory affairs experience in the animal health industry or equivalent is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel is preferred.
- Strong communication skills (oral and written).
- Fluent in English.
Language skills:
- Ability to analyse and interpret documents such as government regulations.
- Ability to write regulatory submissions and business correspondence.
- Ability to effectively communicate with other departments, regulatory agencies, and other members of the animal health industry.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Including the following but other duties may be assigned.
- Assist in preparing registration dossier packages for feed additives and veterinary medicines
- Assist with filing for submission to international regulatory authorities (EFSA, EMA, EU member states) and monitoring progress of the evaluation process
- Keeping up to date with relevant EU and UK regulations in the field of veterinary medicines and feed additives
- Assist in preparing relevant regulatory documents (product information etc.)
- Manage the label design of veterinary medicinal products and feed additives
- Preparation of material safety data sheets
Person specifications:
- Ability to work cooperatively with other departments and individuals
- Good planning and organisation skills
- Office based in Antwerp (Belgium)
