Build your biosecurity program on demand
The Huvepharma Biosecurity App allows you to build the most cost-effective biosecurity program on demand based on the products available in your region.
As well as telling you dose rates and quantity of product required, the app allows you to compare prices with other products on the market.
Follow these simple steps to calculate the most cost-effective program for your operation today.
Step 1
Download your free copy of the Huvepharma Biosecurity App from your Google Play or App Store.
Step 2
Open the app and fill in the required information:
- Select your area
- Select the species
- Select your working environment: disinfectant performance is affected by temperature in the working environment
- Select your ground surface: the floor area of the building is necessary to calculate the total surface area or total volume to be treated
- Select your currency
Then press COMPOSE PROGRAMME
Step 3
Select the products you need for:
- Detergent and/or
- First disinfection and/or
- Terminal disinfection
Press SET DATA
Step 4
For each of your product choices, define the:
- application method (spraying, cold nebulization, thermo fogging)
- product price per litre
Press NEXT PRODUCT after each.
When the information for all products is complete, press CALCULATE.
The app will tell you the cost per m2 for each product, and the total cost based on the size of the building.
By pressing on a specific product you can find the:
- dose to be used in %
- quantity of product needed in litres or kg
- estimated total surface area (developed) to be treated
At the bottom of the screen, you can fill in price/litre and dose to be used % information for other products and the app will calculate a price comparison for the same application and methods.
On the Selected programme screen you can:
- Modify: modify the parameters for each selected product
- Start new: start a new selection and calculation
- Export as PDF: export your selection and calculation as a PDF to download or print
