Marketing Communications Manager

Huvepharma is looking for a Marketing Communications Manager to help further promote our brand worldwide. Your main objective will be to contribute to the social media strategy of the company, implementing and executing daily activities including content production and creation, editorial planning, and influencer and community management, all with the aim of boosting social media KPIs. You will also help manage our company image, ensuring brand consistency across our different online platforms to achieve our marketing objectives.

You will report to the Global Marketing Director (based in Antwerp) and work closely with the global marketing team (based in Belgium and Bulgaria). This role is essential to helping create and manage our ongoing brand narrative and quality.

• Specialised in social media with 2-3 years of experience 
• Master's or bachelor's degree in marketing or communications
• A creative mind with exceptional writing skills and a knack for error-free content creation
• Thorough knowledge of various social media platforms, especially LinkedIn
• Demonstrates a strong sensibility and understanding of various brand issues
• Creative, agile and positive individual, with exceptional relational skills and a collaborative attitude
• Must be able to prioritize and handle several projects simultaneously
• Proactive approach, striving for quality with an eye for detail
• Ability to work independently, handle stress, and manage time effectively
• Responsible handling of confidential information
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Experience of working in a B2B environment, or experience in the global animal feed or animal health industries is a bonus
• Experience of working in an international, multicultural, multi-functional team with multiple stakeholders is preferable

• Learn about our range of products and create content that highlights our experience, expertise and knowledge through compelling stories
• Maintain and strengthen the voice and image of our brand through a coherent online and offline strategy
• Develop new marketing materials
• Use social analytics and internal data to inform strategy and identify opportunities
• Stay on top of cultural trends to foster relevant brand conversations
• Propose new ideas and concepts for social media content
• Ensure brand consistency throughout all marketing communication channels
• Engage in the corporate social media presence, investigating opportunities to join new and emerging social media platforms
• Write press releases, articles and social media posts
• Manage and execute the global PR plan
• Coordinate product launches with Product Managers, ensuring each project aligns with our overall strategy
• Gathering and sharing market intelligence
• Managing and executing the global advertising plan

Language skills

The corporate language at Huvepharma is English, so a high level of English language skill is essential. You must be able to read, analyse, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and government regulations, producing written reports and correspondence summarising their content. Experience of speaking effectively, presenting information and responding to questions before groups of customers or colleagues is preferable. Command of an additional language would be a bonus.
