Today, Huvepharma is active in more than 100 countries and its production facilities span the globe: there are two production sites in France, a chemical synthesis plant in Italy, three production facilities for biotechnology and vaccines in Bulgaria, and six sites in the USA for vaccines and veterinary medicines.
Our HR department is expanding and there is an exciting opportunity to become part of our exceptional team. We are actively seeking a committed and driven Human Resources Specialist to be based at our global HQ in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the recruitment process, sending job offers to candidates, onboarding of new hires.
- Prepare different internal HR related documents and procedures.
- Handle and process different employees' enquiries.
- Participate in the process of work force analysis, changes in headcount, job structure and organisational changes.
- Administer the annual performance appraisal process by gathering data and feedback from managers. Prepare reports for managers.
- Participate in different HR projects.
Person specifications:
- Very good written and spoken English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
- University degree in business management
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team player
