ENOLZYME Mannanase

ENOLZYME Mannanase is a kind of multifunctional growth promoter because it can improve the secretion of insulin-like growth factor I (IGF-I), promote the synthesis of protein and increases the lean meat. ENOLZYME Mannanase is suitable for different levels of various feed factory and farm due to its high tolerance to high temperature and high humidity as well as its resistance to acid and the degradation of digestive enzymes.

 

Definition of ENOLZYME Mannanase unit (U/g):

OneMannanase unit (U) is defined as the amount of enzyme which liberates 1μmole reducing sugar per minute from 3mg/mL mannan at 37.0°C and at pH 5.5 under the condition of the test.

 

The Anti-nutritional Effects of beta-mannan:

Mannans occur in the forms of glucomannan, galactomannan, and glucogalactomannan in non-starch polysaccharides (NSPs) contained in plants. Beta-mannan is part of the hemicelluloses fraction of plant cell walls in all leguminous plants. Beta-mannan content of various feed ingredients is as following

Decrease the intestinal absorption rate of glucose and metabolic process of carbohydrate by interfering the inculin secretion and IGF formation

Decrease the absorption of nitrogen, fat, amino acid and other nutrients

In the stress condition, beta-mannan can stimulate immolate response excessively, damage the growth performance, lead to adverse immune response, reduce feed intake

 

Functions:

Destory plant cell wall, release nutrition inside, reduce viscosity of chryme and improve feed conversion rate

Degrade beta-mannan into mannan oligaosaccharidos (NOS) which can help reducing the harmful facteria in the intestinal tract, promoting the growth of bifidobacterium and lactobacillus and improve the intestinal microbial environment

Release the inhabitation of the secretion of insulin-like growth factor (IGF-I) which can help improving the protein synthesis and improving the utilization of amino acid

Improve the resistance and uniformity of animal

ENOLZYME Mannanase is acid stable enzyme, the optimum pH between 3.0-7.0, and performance best between pH5.5-7.0.

ENOLZYME Mannanase is thermostable enzyme which could maintain high enzyme activity up to 95
