ENOLZYME Xylanase is composed of endo-β-1, 4-D-Xylanase, exo-β-1, 4-D-Xylanase, β-D-Xylanase, α-L-Arabinosidase, xylo-disaccharide glycosidase and so on. It can degrade the linear polysaccharide into xylo-oligosaccharides by destroying the hydrogen bond and covalence between xylanase molecular, eliminate the anti-nutritional factors, and improve the feed efficiency. The product performance better than similar foreign products and has a broad application prospect in the market.

 

Definition of ENOLZYMEXylanase Unit (U/g): (GB/T23874-2009):

One Xylanase unit (U) is defined as the amount of enzyme which liberates 1μmole xylose per minute from 5mg/mL substrate solution (Oat Xylan), at 37°C and at pH 5.5 under the conditions of the test.

 

The Anti-nutrition Effects of Xylan:

Plant cell wall is mainly composed of non-starch polysaccharides (NSPs) such as cellulose, hemicelluloses and pectin. As main component of hemicelluloses, xylan, which can be divided into soluble xylan and insoluble xylan according to the water solubility, acts as anti-nutrition factors mainly in two ways:

Hinder the absorption of intracellular nutrient

Soluble xylan dissolves in the gut of animals, forming viscous gels that trap nutrients and slow down the rates of digestion and passage of feed through the gut

Reduce feed intake and increase animal diarrhea.

 

Functions:

1.Improving digesting efficiency and reducing cost—by degrading the linear polysaccharide β-1, 4-xylan into xylose, releasing the nutrition trapped in the plan cell wall, allowing the animal to digest its feed more efficiently, leading to more meat or eggs per kilogram of feed

2.Reducing the viscosity of chime—by degrading polysaccharides to some small molecular fragments, reducing their ability to hold water and trap water-soluble nutrients, resulting in the acceleration of the movement of feed, increasing feed intake and subsequent growth.

3.Helping to maintain gut healthy—by improving nutrient digestibility, fewer nutrients are available in the animal’s gut for the potential growth of disease-causing bacteria
